  248. The .sh.Z files have been shar'ed and compressed.  To unpack them
  249. under unix, first run 'uncompress' on them and then run them through
  250. 'sh'.  (These are utilities available on all UNIX systems.)  The
  251. .tar.Z files are tarred and compressed.  Run 'zcat filename | tar -xf -' 
  252. to extract.
